Membership fees for 2017/18 are now due and payment should be made by 10 October 2017. All members need to pay the appropriate subscription fee but only new members need to complete a paper form, renewing members simply need to update their membership details on Pitchero and pay the appropriate subscription.  Where possible please make payment by bank transfer.

Write the name of the member(s) whose subscriptions are included on the back of the cheque.
 
To enable us to register that you have paid please record the details of your payment onto Pitchero.
To do this:
Log onto Pitchero through your web browser www.andoverhc.co.uk (this CAN'T be done via the app).
Select the tab 'Membership'.
Then select 'Andover Hockey Club'.
Scroll down the page to the section headed 'Membership Information'.
Under 'Payment method' select the correct radio button to confirm whether you have paid by cheque or bank transfer.
Under 'Payment reference' record the reference you used when making your bank transfer.
Under 'Subscription amount paid' record the value of your payment then, if you are paying for more than one membership, under 'Additional payment information' record whose memberships you have paid.
Finally, please remember to save your changes, scroll down & click the save button at the bottom of the page.
