Andover men's 2 put out a strong away team to face Aldershot and Farnham. Andover had a strong start with good possession and moved the ball fluidly. Despite this it took Jordan 'mozza' Morris on a solo run up the length of the pitch to strike it on his reverse and ping it into the top of the net to break the deadlock. After this initial success a lapse in concentration lead to the opposition equalising before halftime. After halftime the opposition maintained their momentum scoring another. However moments later Charlie Latter ended this success by scoring a shot on his reverse that was worthy of his celebration, and gained him man of the match. Late into the second half Andover was starting to feel the strain and conceded two goals to lose the match. Despite this everyone left the pitch in high spirits as they all gave 100% and played some really great hockey.
