Andover went into their home game with confidence following last weeks performance. They started brightly, passing well and maintaining possession. Andover's opener came from Chloe Franklin, who beat her defender and lifted the ball over the keeper into the top of the net. Andover continued to press, forcing Wanderers onto the back foot. Andover won a penalty corner, which was well worked, moving the ball quickly with Rhea Li slotting the ball home. Wanderers came out hard in the second half and scored, however Andover maintained their composure and secured the win.
