Andover u12 boys produced a great team performance away at Yateley on Sunday and won convincingly. As their coaches had hoped, Andover built on the win against Camberley, and again attacked down both the right and the left flanks to slice open the home defence on numerous occasions.
In defence, guest star Josie Taylor, pulled off some excellent saves and worked well with the defence to keep that all-important clean sheet. This was almost a complete performance from Andover and it enabled the visitors to kill off the game early in the second period and then allow them to experiment with some different positions and allow their players to gain some valuable experience in unfamiliar areas on the pitch. The goals were shared around across the team with Alex, William, Ben, Pip, Peter, Hari, Jake and probably several others all getting on the scoresheet.
Well done boys and well played.
