Andover u12 boys played a friendly against Farleigh on Saturday and enjoyed a good workout against an u13 side from the school. The match was played in good spirit, with 9 players per side and provided a great opportunity for the players new to hockey to enjoy a match atmosphere.

Andover were determined and positive throughout, showing some good passing moves and were not intimidated by some noticeably larger Farleigh boys. At times the naivety of playing everyone in attack or midfield left the Andover goalkeeper wondering which of the 3 Farleigh boys to go for - which made of a lively and end to end game!!

Remember: tracksuit bottoms, warm / waterproof coat, woolly hat
