Pitchero crashed when I submitted the full match report so lost it and cant spare an hour to rewrite it!

Short version!

Great match which had the nerves frayed. Two years ago we lost 15-0 to the Alton team - this year 3-2. We played the better hockey and had it not been for their goal keeper who plays for the ladies 1st playing outstandingly we would have won easily.

The Alton coach commented on the amazing improvement in the team since he last played us - which at the end of the day is all I am after- ie seeing you all improve and enjoying playing your hockey. Well done girls. Onward and upwards.
