Today the boys faced a full jdc / jac squad of 15 players. For the first twenty mins the boys were actually on top, ball had not entered our D. Clearly concerned, Romsey, having not lost a game this season, brought on two players who changed the game. Sometimes you play those who are just better, and when an U14 player plays 'mens firsts', they are normally good! But not to take anything away from either team, it was a demonstration of good passing, team work and not wanting to stop.

It is also worth adding a note about Lewis Halls - blinding saves, dives and amazing quick reactions with stick and glove. Even the hampshire first draft said Lewis played at a staggering level.

Well done boys - you know our soft spots but you kept going and showed the skills are continuing to grow - cant ask much more
