Andover u14 boys win in cup

Andover u14 boys recorded their first win of the season on Sunday with an exciting game against visiting Camberley and Farnborough. It was a highly entertaining cup match that finished 5 - 5 in normal time. Goals came from Alex Birmingham, Ben Thomson and Harry Cowan with a hat-trick; the excellent William Taverner was instrumental for the home side. At the back, Ellie McDonald played a fabulous match and kept the Andover side in the tie time and again.

An enthralled crowd witnessed Andover go through on penalty strokes, with Ellie making a crucial save alongside successful penalty strokes from Ben, Harry, William and Rory Glover.
