Andover hosted Camberley on cold but bright afternnoon at John Hanson school where they were looking to follow on from their previous win against Basingstoke.

The Andover side started well in what was a scrappy affair with a lot miss placed passes from both sides. The game seemed to lack any width and both teams became very narrow. It was Camberley who seemed settle first as they started to control the midfield but found it hard to penetrate the Andover defence with Sim Evans and Ed Hall marshalling things and when they did Will Hemming snuffed out the Camberley threat. Andover started to penetrate more and it was not long until they were awarded their first short corner. This was calmly converted by Ed Hall giving Andover the lead. This was soon followed by a second from Alfie Morgan adding to his tally for the season. At the break Andover lead 2-0.

Second half Andover started better with Andover finally starting to use all of the pitch with some good runs from Jonah Graham, Liam Andrews and Tom MC. Against the run of play Camberley managed to pull one back after Hall had deflected the ball past his own keeper. To make amends for his error Hall then converted another short corner at the other end restoring the 2 goal lead. This is how it would stay with Andover winning 3-1.

A fantastic team performance with all the subs coming on and playing their part and contributing to the result. Managers Man of the Match Ed Duffield ran solidly for the whole game with strong tackling and good ball distribution.
